Frequently asked questions
How does the AI scoring work?
Every job gets two scores: a Relevance score (1-10) based on how well the job matches your skills and preferences, and a Likelihood score (1-10) based on your chances of being selected. These are combined into a Priority Rating using customizable weights.
What happens during the free trial?
You get 2 days with full Pro features. After that, you can choose a plan or continue with limited Starter features. No credit card is required to start.
How do I respond to job matches?
Simply reply to the email notification. Say 'yes' to apply, 'no' to skip, 'save' to save it for later, or 'info' to get detailed company research before deciding.
What job platforms are supported?
We currently scan LinkedIn and Glassdoor across all plans. We're actively working on adding more platforms to give you even broader coverage.
Can I customize my CV and cover letters?
AXess automatically tailors your CV emphasis and generates a unique cover letter for every job match based on your profile and the role requirements. Pro and Premium plans include this feature.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored securely in Supabase with row-level security. We never share your information. Each user can only access their own data.
