Getting Started

5 questions

axessgen is an AI-powered job search automation platform. We scan job boards daily, score every listing against your profile, and email you the best matches once a day. You can approve, reject, save, or research any job - all from your email or dashboard.

After you complete onboarding (a 3-minute profile + CV upload), our AI runs daily scrapes across LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and more. It scores each job against your skills, titles, location, and preferences, then sends you a curated email with your top matches. You interact with jobs directly from the email using action buttons, or from your dashboard.

Your first matches typically arrive within 24 hours of completing onboarding. Our scraper runs daily, matching follows shortly after, and your curated email goes out once a day. If you signed up after the daily window, your first email arrives the following day.

No. axess is completely free for job seekers - every feature is included at no cost, and no credit card is ever required.

Go to the onboarding flow (or Settings > Profile) and fill in your current title, skills, location, dream job titles, and work type preference. The more detail you provide, the better your matches will be.

Job Matching

5 questions

Each job is scored 1-10 based on how well it matches your profile. The score combines relevance (how closely the job matches your skills and titles) and likelihood (how likely you are to get an interview based on experience fit). Jobs scoring 8 or higher appear with a green badge.

Jobs appear because our AI matched them to your dream titles, realistic titles, or fallback titles - combined with your location and work type preferences. If you're seeing irrelevant results, update your titles in Settings. Use 'Not Relevant' on jobs to help us learn your preferences.

Our scraper runs daily, pulling fresh listings from multiple platforms. Most jobs in your feed were posted within the past 1-7 days. The 'posted date' on each card shows exactly when the original listing went live.

Yes - go to Settings > Scoring to adjust weighting for skills, experience, location, salary, and work type. You can also update your job titles, deal-breakers, and company size preferences in Settings > Profile.

When you click 'Research' on a job, our AI gathers company culture data, interview patterns, salary benchmarks, and news about that employer. Once ready (30-60 seconds), the job moves to the 'Insights Ready' tab with a full research report.

Credits & Access

5 questions

Nothing. axess is completely free for job seekers. Every feature - daily AI-scored matches, tailored Apply Packs (CV + cover letter), AI Guides, unlimited saves, and reply-from-inbox - is included at no cost. No credit card, no catch.

Up to 5 job matches a day, 2 Apply Packs per week, and 3 AI Guides per week, plus unlimited saves. Your weekly credits refresh on your reset day each week, so there's always more coming - your dashboard shows the exact date.

For any role you pick, we tailor your CV and cover letter for that job, and the agent writes a brief explaining how you fit. You can open, read, and download all of it - it's yours to keep.

When your pack is finished, not when you click. If a generation doesn't complete, it won't use a credit.

They refresh automatically on your weekly reset day (shown on your dashboard). In the meantime, you can reuse a past pack from My Hub for a similar role - just rename the file and tweak the title inside to fit the new job.

Email & Notifications

4 questions

You receive 1 email per day when there are new job matches ready for you. If there are no new matches that day, no email is sent. You can adjust your notification frequency in Settings > Notifications.

Yes. Every email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also toggle email notifications in Settings > Notifications. Note: turning off emails means you'll need to check your dashboard manually for new matches.

Each job in your email has action buttons: Approve, Reject, Save, and Research. Clicking any button triggers the action immediately - no login required. Results are reflected in your dashboard within seconds.

First, check your spam/promotions folder and whitelist ronofer@axessgen.com. Then verify your notification settings in Settings > Notifications. If the issue persists, email support@axessgen.com with your account email.

axessgen works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.

Not yet - but axessgen is fully mobile-responsive. You can use it on any device through your browser. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap.

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. All connections use TLS. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We currently scrape LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor, and we're actively adding more platforms. Although axessgen works hard to provide the most relevant results around the clock, platform availability and job coverage vary by location - some services available in certain regions may not be available in others, for reasons beyond our control.

The AI Guide aggregates public data from multiple sources: Reddit threads, Blind (anonymous employee forum), Glassdoor, Indeed, Levels.fyi, Comparably, Medium employee posts, Crunchbase, LinkedIn, company websites, and live web search. The research combines public commentary (what people say) with company metrics (size, funding, location). Note: sources vary per company - sparse public data means a sparser guide. When public information is thin, the Guide says so. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details on how third-party content is handled.
