axessgen ("the Service") is a free AI-powered job hunting assistant that automatically searches for job listings, scores them based on your profile, and helps you apply with tailored materials. The Service is provided by axessgen at axessgen.com.
axessgen.com is operated by Ron Ofer, an individual sole trader based in Israel. Ron Ofer is the data controller and operator of the Service. If you have any questions about these Terms or the Service, contact us at support@axessgen.com.
To use axessgen, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
axessgen is provided completely free of charge. There are no subscription tiers, pricing plans, or payment options. You will not be billed for any features or usage.

These limits operate on a rolling 7-day window - your available credits reset based on usage in the previous 7 days, not on a calendar date.
axessgen may add features, change usage limits, or retire features at any time, and will notify you of material changes via email or the Service.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to axessgen, including your CV, personal information, and career details. By uploading content, you grant axessgen a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The axessgen platform, including its design, code, AI algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of axessgen and is protected by applicable law.
axessgen uses third-party AI services to provide its core features. Job matching and scoring, tailored CVs, cover letters, and application packages are generated using Anthropic's Claude AI. Company research reports are produced using a combination of Perplexity AI (for live web data) and Anthropic's Claude (for personalized analysis).
AI makes mistakes - please review everything. AI-generated content, including tailored CVs, cover letters, job match scores, and company research, may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or fabricated details. This is a known limitation of large language model technology, not a defect specific to axessgen. You must review, verify, and edit all AI-generated content before using or submitting it to employers. axessgen does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated materials, and we make no representation that use of the Service will result in any job offer, interview invitation, or employment outcome.
How your data is processed. Your career profile and CV content are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for job matching, scoring, CV tailoring, and cover letter generation. This is an automated, algorithmic processing step (not a manual review). We do not permit Anthropic to use your data for training their models. Your searches and company name are sent to Perplexity AI to generate company research. Perplexity does not receive your personal data or CV. For Perplexity's data handling, see https://www.perplexity.ai/privacy.
axessgen aggregates job listings from multiple third-party platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other sources that may be added or removed over time. Availability, accuracy, and freshness of listings vary by platform and are subject to each platform's own data policies and technical constraints.
axessgen continuously works to deliver the most relevant, up-to-date opportunities tailored to your profile. However, we cannot guarantee that every listing is current, complete, or available for application at the time of delivery. We recommend verifying details directly on the source platform before applying.
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, axessgen (Ron Ofer) expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that any AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs.
We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, or the accuracy of AI-generated scores and recommendations. axessgen does not make hiring decisions; the AI score is a guide for your own research and decision-making, not a directive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, axessgen (Ron Ofer) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss of income, or loss of data.
Aggregate liability cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, axessgen's (Ron Ofer's) total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) USD 100, or (b) the total cost of the Service (which is free; therefore, USD 100).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@axessgen.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The AI Guide surfaces public commentary and data from third-party platforms (Reddit, Blind, Glassdoor, Indeed, Levels.fyi, Comparably, Medium, and similar sources) to help you research companies.

In such events we will use reasonable efforts to resume normal service as soon as practicable.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Israel. You consent to non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts of Israel.
