axessgen ("the Service") is an AI-powered job hunting assistant that automatically searches for job listings, scores them based on your profile, and helps you apply with tailored materials. The Service is provided by axessgen and is accessible at axessgen.com.
To use axessgen, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
New users receive a free Starter plan that includes job matches, 1 Application Package, and 1 Company Research Credit on signup (lifetime grants — they do not renew). No credit card required. You may upgrade to a paid plan (Pro or Ultra) at any time to receive weekly renewing credits and additional features.
Paid prices on our website are displayed as weekly rates for convenience. All paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor (Paddle or PayPal). For example, a plan shown as $9.99/week is billed as $39/month.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you may choose to retain access until the end of your current billing period or request an immediate cancellation with a prorated refund. Refunds are calculated as the remaining unused days minus the retail value of features used during the billing period. See our Refund Policy and Feature Usage Rates for details.
Pause (Freeze): Paid subscribers may pause their subscription for a limited period. A one-time feature freeze of up to 1 month is available from account settings. Additionally, a one-time retention freeze of up to 3 months may be offered during the cancellation process. During a freeze, no charges are incurred, job deliveries are paused, and all user data and AI progress are retained. The subscription resumes automatically at the end of the freeze period. Refunds are not available after a freeze has been used, with one exception: if you cancel within 3 days of your freeze ending and your subscription resuming, a full refund of the resume charge will be issued.
3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of your first charge. Usage during this period will be deducted from the refund at the retail feature rates listed in Feature Usage Rates below.
Each plan includes specific allowances for features such as application preparation and company research. These limits operate on a rolling 7-day window - your available credits are calculated based on usage in the previous 7 days, not on a fixed calendar reset. This ensures fair access regardless of when you start your subscription.
Save functionality is unlimited on all plans. Specific limits for each plan are listed on our Pricing page.
Apply Pack credits. Apply Pack credits are charged when generation completes - that is, when your tailored materials are finished and saved to your account. Your ability to view, edit, and download those materials depends on your current plan. Generated packs remain in your account regardless of plan changes, and become accessible if you upgrade later.
These rates are used to calculate refund deductions when cancelling mid-billing period. Rates are denominated in U.S. dollars and may be updated from time to time.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to axessgen, including your CV, personal information, and career details. By uploading content, you grant axessgen a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The axessgen platform, including its design, code, AI algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of axessgen and is protected by applicable law.
axessgen uses third-party AI services to provide its core features. Job matching and scoring, tailored CVs, cover letters, and application packages are generated using Anthropic's Claude AI. Company research reports are produced using a combination of Perplexity AI (for live web data) and Anthropic's Claude (for personalized analysis).
AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use. axessgen does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated materials. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all application materials before submitting them to employers.
Your data is shared with these AI providers solely for the purpose of generating your personalized content. We do not permit these providers to use your data for training their models. For details on how your data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
axessgen provides job matching and application assistance on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, or the accuracy of AI-generated scores and recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, axessgen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
axessgen aggregates job listings from multiple third-party platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other sources that may be added or removed over time. Availability, accuracy, and freshness of listings vary by platform and are subject to each platform's own data policies and technical constraints.
axessgen continuously works to deliver the most relevant, up-to-date opportunities tailored to your profile. However, we cannot guarantee that every listing is current, complete, or available for application at the time of delivery. We recommend verifying details directly on the source platform before applying.
The AI Guide surfaces public commentary and data from third-party platforms (Reddit, Blind, Glassdoor, Indeed, Levels.fyi, Comparably, Medium, and similar sources) to help you research companies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
