AXess ("the Service") is an AI-powered job hunting assistant that automatically searches for job listings, scores them based on your profile, and helps you apply with tailored materials. The Service is provided by AXess and is accessible at axessgen.com.
To use AXess, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
New users receive a 2-day free trial with Pro-level features. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period, you may subscribe to a paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Premium) to continue using the Service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to AXess, including your CV, personal information, and career details. By uploading content, you grant AXess a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The AXess platform, including its design, code, AI algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of AXess and is protected by applicable law.
AXess provides job matching and application assistance on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, or the accuracy of AI-generated scores and recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@axessgen.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of AXess after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
