Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. A prorated refund is available only within the 3-day refund window from your billing date (see refund FAQ below).

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption to protect your data. We never sell your personal information to third parties, and your data is only used to help you find a job.

Your preparation and research credits use a rolling 7-day window - not a fixed calendar reset. This means your budget is always based on what you used in the last 7 days. If you sign up on a Friday, you get a full 7 days of credits. There is no wasted budget from partial weeks.

Yes. You can freeze your plan for up to 1 month from your account settings - no charges during the pause, and your data and AI progress stay safe. If you go through the cancellation process, you may also be offered an extended freeze of up to 3 months. Your plan resumes automatically when the freeze ends.

Refunds are available within the first 3 days of your billing date. The refund equals the prorated value of your remaining unused days, minus a $5 activation fee and the retail value of features used during the billing period ($1.50 per Application Package, $1.00 per AI Guide Credit). If usage exceeds remaining value, no refund is issued. After 3 days, refunds are no longer available - cancel for period-end access or freeze your plan instead. Subscriptions purchased with a promo code are not refund-eligible.
