Refund Policy

1. Overview

Prices on our website are displayed as weekly rates for convenience. All axessgen subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor (Paddle or PayPal). For example, a plan shown as $10/week is billed as $39/month. We want you to be satisfied with our service. If you're not, we offer refunds under the conditions described below.

2. Free Trial

All new users receive a 3-day free trial with Pro-level features. No credit card is required for the trial. You will not be charged unless you actively choose to subscribe to a paid plan after the trial ends.

3. Refund Eligibility

If you are unsatisfied with axessgen, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge. This applies to your initial subscription payment only.

Refund requests made after the 14-day window, or for subsequent monthly charges, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@axessgen.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your request

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Upon refund, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will be downgraded to the free Starter plan. You will retain access to your account and data.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you will continue to have access to paid features until the period ends. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
