All new users start on the free Starter plan, which includes job matches, 1 Application Package, and 1 Company Research Credit (lifetime - these do not renew). No credit card is required. You will not be charged unless you actively choose to upgrade to a paid plan (Pro or Ultra).
Paid prices are displayed as weekly rates for convenience. All paid axessgen subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor (Paddle). For example, a plan shown as $6.99/week is billed as $29/month.
Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions automatically renew each month at the same price until you cancel. Each new billing date opens a fresh 3-day refund window for that billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
You can request an immediate refund within 3 days of your billing date. We calculate it as:
Refund = (prorated value of unused days) minus $5 activation fee minus (retail value of features used)
Feature retail rates are listed in our Feature Usage Rates. If your usage exceeds the remaining value of your billing period, no refund is issued.
The $5 activation fee covers the cost of activating premium scraping, AI services, and payment processing during your first billing days.

If you used a promo code at checkout, your subscription is not refund-eligible. You can still cancel for period-end access or freeze your plan.
If you have used a plan freeze (either the 1-month feature freeze or the retention freeze of up to 3 months), refunds are no longer available for that subscription period. The freeze itself serves as the alternative benefit. Exception: if you cancel within 3 days of your freeze ending and your subscription resuming, a full refund of the resume charge will be issued.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Upon refund, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will be downgraded to the free Starter plan. You will retain access to your account and data.
